2. Consent and License
By submitting or allowing Lymer's to capture Customer Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the content for:

Social media posts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Website galleries and promotional pages

Printed marketing materials

Internal training or presentations

Advertising campaigns
3. Copyright and Ownership

You retain full copyright ownership of your content.

Lymer's does not claim ownership but is granted usage rights as outlined above.

You confirm that you have the legal right to share the content and grant this license.
4. Respectful Use and Representation

We commit to using your content professionally and respectfully.

We will not distort, misrepresent, or use your content in a misleading or harmful way.

Where appropriate, we may credit you as the source unless anonymity is requested.
5. Withdrawal of Consent

5. Indemnity

8. Entire Business Coverage
This agreement applies to all branches, services, and marketing activities under the Lymer's brand, including:
